St Mary’s is the Parish Church near the centre of Liss, Hampshire.  In normal times we offer a range of different worship opportunities from All-Age services and ‘Messy Church’ to BCP Holy Communion and Evensong.  Of course, we are not in ‘normal times’ and we, along with the rest of the world, have had to adjust to the challenges of the pandemic. Details of our online services are below but whether we are online or ‘in the flesh’, we endeavour to provide a warm and inclusive welcome to everyone. If you are interested in knowing more about us and what we do in more normal times, details of services and activities can be found on this site.  Please do contact us if you want further information.

St Mary’s Moves Online

During the lockdown we have taken the decision to close the church building and share our services via Facebook and You Tube. Details of how and where to access our services are below. With the vaccine providing new hope, we are optimistic that we will soon be back worshipping together but in the meantime we must all remain patient.

Sunday Service

You can join our weekly Sunday 10.15am service on our Facebook page HERE  and on our newly-created You Tube channel HERE. These ‘go live’ a couple of minutes before 10.15 and remain available online for viewing later. .

Morning Prayer

Morning Prayer is said live by the Rector at 9am every Tue to Saturday. You can join him on the Facebook page HERE

Full risk assessments have been completed in line with Government and Church of England guidelines

Live Streamed Services

St Mary’s Church building is currently closed for services. We will will continue to live-stream a service every Sunday on St Mary’s Facebook page. The Sunday services will remain on the Facebook page for viewing later

In addition, Morning Prayer will be said mornings at 9am (except Sundays and Mondays), again on Facebook.

Please remember to gift aid your donation if you are a UK taxpayer, as that will allow us to claim an extra 25p on every £1 that you give.
